Anything Missing?
Does the map need a correction, is there an interesting location that should be featured, or do you just love the site? Let me know!
The map is built from public FCC and Micronet records. That means it could be wrong in places I cannot see from the data alone; a call sign attributed to the wrong operator, an expired licence that is still carrying traffic, a relay that matters yet is not drawn. Or perhaps you have suggestions on how I can better filter by known HFT operators.
If your suggestion is about a specific place, the map is the better route: right-click that point on the map and the form sends its coordinates along with your note, which saves us both a round of “which tower do you mean?”. Use this page for everything else.
Each suggestion comes straight to me. I read them by hand so nothing appears on the map automatically. Maximum detail is always appreciated!
Addressing Privacy
Nothing that identifies you. There is no account to make, no analytics on this site, and no database behind the form. A suggestion is read, acted on (or not), and that is the end.
- Your email address is optional. Leave it blank and the suggestion arrives with nothing personal attached. Keep in mind I won't be able to reply in that case.
- The form is sent over an encrypted connection, and nothing you type is stored on this site.
- Your IP address is never written down. It is held in memory just long enough to rate-limit the form. What reaches me instead is a short tag that is enough to see if several suggestions came from one person, not enough to say who, and not reversible back to an address. The tags are reshuffled whenever the server restarts.
- The bot check is Cloudflare Turnstile, which sets no tracking cookie and does not profile you across sites. Loading it does mean Cloudflare sees your address, as on any site that uses it.
